Things are indeed dire here. I heard this morning we’re down to 18,000 people w/o power – of course, we’re one of them. *sigh* However, we have a generator, a kerosene heater and though our spirits are sagging, we’re still optimistic. Let’s hope we don’t have another one of these ice storms for another 20 years.

No Power that must suck, thankfully the power only went out yesterday for a few hours, give the snow we had that’s not bad.. the rest of britain from what I hear didn’t fair as well as most of scotland did.
